Upgrade of skills for young designers, fashion graduates and start-ups in the cross-border area and development of a Fashion Employment Hub (Fashion Employment Hub)

Overall objective:

• To establish a Training Hub for skills development and capacity building of young people;

Specific objectives:

• To deliver upskill training programme and meetup mentoring service;
• To provide targeted consulting & mentoring services for young people;
• To provide support services for promoting innovation, creativity & entrepreneurship;
• To enhance the skills of professionals of different categories (graduates, students, managers, designers) by offering courses adjusted to their needs;

Project results and outcomes:

• Established education center “Up Hub”‘;
• Conducted three integral training modules;
• Increased knowledge and capacity of more than 50 young poeple;
